About the role

As Associate Director and Standards Lead, you will lead the India-based BMDS standards team and advance consistent clinical data standards across the development lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Lead the India-based BMDS standards team, including direct reports; set goals, prioritize work, allocate capacity, recruit, coach, assess performance, and develop staff
• Assess emerging industry standards and regulatory guidance with subject matter experts, and recommend adoption plans and risk controls
• Establish measures for standards adoption, exceptions, quality, and delivery; report progress and risks to global BMDS and Design & Innovation leadership
