About the role

A BD resource in commercial real estate responsible for identifying new business opportunities specifically for South India based clients with a cross border RE Portfolio.

What you'll do

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the commercial real estate market through research, networking, and outreach
Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key stakeholders- corporate clients and internal stakeholders such as brokers and city leads
Drive sales initiatives, and oversee transactions to ensure client satisfaction and increase repeat business
