Associate Director - Business Strategy & Growth

About the role

You will lead the execution of strategic collaboration programs with major hyperscalers, translating joint business plans into coordinated action across sales, delivery, alliances, technology practices and finance.

What you'll do

• Joint Business Planning and Program Ownership
• Translate partnership objectives and agreed commitments into an integrated plan with owners, milestones, dependencies and measurable outcomes
• Coordinate joint business planning and align functional priorities, resources and capability development with program objectives
• Maintain a clear baseline of commitments and manage changes through appropriate review and approval
• Mobilise sales, delivery, alliances, practices and finance teams to execute agreed priorities and resolve dependencies
