Associate Director DDIT ISC AI Compliance Enablement

About the role

The Associate Director, AI Compliance Enablement will help transform how Information Security & Compliance (ISC) delivers compliance through the responsible use of AI, automation and digital technologies. The role will identify and implement opportunities to automate compliance activities, improve control monitoring and assurance, and reduce manual effort across ISC processes.

What you'll do

• Shape scalable approaches for Compliance-as-Code, Governance-as-Code and Policy-as-Code, enabling more continuous and automated assurance
• Translate AI governance, regulatory and risk management requirements into practical processes, controls and technology-enabled solutions
• Design and implement automated compliance workflows, including evidence collection, control testing, monitoring, risk assessments and evidence reviews
