About the role
The Senior SRE & DevOps Leader is a senior technical leadership role that owns enterprise platform-level Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and DevOps across all product engineering teams.
What you'll do
- Enterprise SRE & Reliability Ownership
- Own enterprise platform-level reliability ; define and govern SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets across all products and shared services, driving uptime, latency
- Own incident management, on-call, and blameless postmortems , along with resilience, HA/DR, scaling, and performance engineering
- Enterprise CI/CD, Build & Release Engineering
- Own and standardize enterprise-wide build scripts and CI/CD pipelines ; consolidate fragmented tooling into a consistent, governed toolchain used by all teams
