Associate Director/Director - Corporate Partnerships

About the role

We are looking for a high-agency business development leader to anchor and scale our partner's CSR fundraising efforts in India. This role requires a strong understanding of the CSR ecosystem, the ability to build senior corporate relationships, and the drive to convert partnerships into long-term, high-value engagements.

What you'll do

• Own and deliver CSR funds from corporates across sectors
• Independently open doors with CSR heads, CXOs, and corporate foundations
• Build and manage a strong, high-quality pipeline of prospective CSR donors
• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle: prospecting - proposal pitching - closure - reporting
• Represent the organization in CSR forums and corporate networks
