About the role

Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. 12–18 years of overall experience with at least 5 years managing large transformation programs. Proven experience in Manufacturing, Automotive, Industrial Automation, Supply Chain, or Industry 4.0 initiatives.

What you'll do

• Own end-to-end delivery of Smart Factory transformation programs
• Establish program governance, reporting mechanisms, steering committees, and escalation frameworks
• Drive alignment between business, manufacturing operations, engineering, IT, and implementation partners
• Define program objectives, milestones, KPIs, and success criteria
• Manage multiple project streams including application development, manufacturing systems, integrations, analytics, and deployments

What you need

• 12–18 yrs of experience
• Supply chain
• B.Tech or B.E. or M.Tech
