Associate Director - Expert - Full Stack Development - IN

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Associate Director to join our data engineering team as a technical lead who continues to write code and build solutions, not just manage. This role requires deep, practical expertise in AWS, Python with a strong emphasis on supporting the quant modeling team, understanding fixed income data.

What you'll do

• Understand fixed income quant statistical models and implement solutions as per business needs
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering solutions using Python, and AWS services
• Develop serverless applications leveraging AWS Lambda integrated with S3 and other AWS services.- Familiarity with data modeling concepts, SQL performance tuning
• Design and manage DAG-based orchestration for end-to-end data pipeline execution
• Provide technical leadership and architectural guidance while remaining actively engaged in hands-on development
