Associate Director - Insurance Operations

About the role

We are seeking candidates to join our Fiduciary Invoicing team, a part of our Risk business at Marsh based in the Mumbai office. This is a hybrid role that requires working in the office at least three days a week. What can you expect? This key role will be based in Mumbai and requires a commitment to in-office collaboration at least three days a week.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with global leadership to foster trust and facilitate seamless communication
• Oversee the implementation of processes that optimize information exchange among internal teams, clients, and strategic partners
• Serve as a point of escalation for complex inquiries, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues
• Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth transitions during operational transformations
• Assist in managing the Cost and Service teams, contributing to the development of both short-term and long-term financial and operational plans
