Associate Director - Investments

About the role

We are seeking a talented individual to join our investments team, part of our people and investments business at Marsh. This role will be based in Pune or Gurugram. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office. Associate Director – Investments (Defined Benefit Portfolio Management)

What you'll do

• Develop, run, and maintain existing quantitative models to enhance our client offerings
• Create, manage, and enhance proprietary investment models and tools (such as VaR, interest rate hedging, liability valuation
• Help maintain daily monitoring valuation model for clients on Mercer Dynamic De-Risking Solution (MDDS) platform
• Drive automation and streamlining efforts to improve processes
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand client requirements and develop appropriate solutions
