What you'll do

• Learning and onboarding design
• Create role-based learning journeys from role, process, system, and capability needs
• Assess learning needs and define objectives, curricula, assessments, and proficiency levels
• Develop onboarding plans, facilitator materials, job aids, and knowledge resources
• Coordinate content reviews and approvals with subject matter experts and control owners

What you need

• 8–12 yrs of experience
