About the role

The Associate Director of Catering Sales is responsible for leading catering sales initiatives, maximizing banquet and event revenue, and developing strong client relationships to achieve the hotel’s business objectives. The role focuses on generating new business, managing key accounts, converting event opportunities, and coordinating with operational teams to deliver exceptional catering experiences.

What you'll do

• Catering Sales & Business Development
• Develop and execute catering sales strategies to achieve revenue and profitability targets
• Drive business from weddings, social events, corporate meetings, conferences, conventions, and special occasions
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, market visits, referrals, and industry relationships
• Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposals, negotiations, contracting, and event confirmation
