About the role

As an Associate Director of Sales at Holiday Inn Gurugram Sector 90, an IHG Hotel, you will play a pivotal role in driving the hotel’s commercial performance, developing strategic business opportunities, and strengthening relationships with key clients and industry partners.

What you'll do

• Drive sales strategies and business development initiatives to achieve hotel revenue and market share targets
• Develop and strengthen relationships with corporate accounts, travel trade partners, MICE clients, and key business partners
• Identify new revenue opportunities, expand existing accounts, and generate profitable business
• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and departmental objectives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and business performance to identify growth opportunities
