About the role

The Associate Director of Sales – Weddings & MICE is responsible for leading the hotel's weddings, social events, meetings, incentives, and group business sales strategy. The role focuses on maximizing revenue opportunities, developing key market segments, managing high-value client relationships, leading the sales team, and ensuring exceptional event experiences that enhance the hotel's reputation and profitability.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve wedding and MICE revenue targets
• Drive business growth through weddings, corporate events, conferences, incentives, exhibitions, and social celebrations
• Establish annual sales goals, forecasts, and action plans in alignment with hotel objectives
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies to maintain competitive positioning
• Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, corporate partners, and event planners
