Associate Director- Partner Marketing

About the role

We are looking for an Associate Director – Partner Marketing to build and scale our partner marketing engine across India, the Middle East, Turkey, Africa, and Southeast Asia. This role will own partner GTM strategy, co-marketing programs, demand generation, MDF/BDF frameworks, partner enablement, and pipeline impact.

What you'll do

• Own regional partner marketing strategy – joint plans, QBRs, partner prioritization, and investment allocation across co-marketing and MDF/BDF funding programs
• Drive partner-sourced and co-sell pipeline in close collaboration with Partner Sales, Regional Marketing and Regional Sales teams
• Build and execute co-marketing and demand generation programs across content, events, ABM, digital, and partner-led campaigns
• Develop and manage partner incentive programs, MDF/BDF programs, including planning, utilization, claims, and ROI tracking
• Create partner enablement programs, including training, certification, campaign playbooks, webinars, newsletters, deal-registration incentives, and self-serve resources
