Associate Director – People Business Services (PBS) Kraft Heinz is looking for an experienced and transformative leader to join our Ahmedabad GCC as Associate Director – People Business Services (PBS) . This role offers a unique opportunity to lead global People Operations while shaping the future of HR service delivery through operational excellence, employee experience, digital transformation, automation, analytics, and AI-enabled solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead end-to-end People Operations across the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle
• Define and execute the People Business Services transformation roadmap
• Drive simplification, standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Leverage Workday, ServiceNow, analytics, automation, and emerging AI technologies to enhance service delivery
• Partner with Global HR Leaders, COEs, HRBPs, Technology, Finance, Legal, and Business stakeholders
