• Financial Planning & Oversight: Own the MTP process and annual IT budget, establishing strong governance to monitor actuals, accruals, and forecasts
• Performance Reporting & Analytics: Build scorecards and dashboards on monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles
• Data Governance & Benchmarking: Define and uphold data standards, sources of truth, and external benchmarks
• Operational Excellence & Innovation: Partner across functions to map, simplify, and automate processes
• Operational Resilience & Infrastructure: Lead business continuity planning within IT operations; collaborate with cyber, infrastructure
