About the role

Training professional from the Healthcare Domain with >15yrs of experience in managing large Training delivery team across multiple locations/sites

What you'll do

• Deliver on operational metrics for the Product and Systems Training team
• This includes meeting/exceeding key training outcomes like Training Throughput, 30 day/60 day/90 day performance across productivity and quality
• This includes creating or updating training materials, designing curriculum
• Leverage Technology to build new gen/tech based digital Training assets
• This involves using platforms to build e-learning content, use AI to create a customized learning pathway for participants

What you need

• 15–27 yrs of experience
• Any graduate
