About the role

Enterprise technology must do much more than keep the wheels turning; it is the engine that drives functional excellence and the enabler of innovation and long-term growth. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Workday Finance Functional Consultant with 3–10 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting Workday Finance solutions.

What you'll do

  • Analyse business requirements and design solutions using Workday Finance
  • Configure and support Finance modules
  • Conduct business process workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and fit-gap analysis
  • Prepare Functional Design Documents (FDDs), Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and process flow diagrams
  • Collaborate with technical consultants to develop and validate customizations, integrations, and reports
