Associate Director Workday Reporting Lead

About the role

We are looking for a strategic and technically adept Associate Director to serve as our Workday Reporting Lead within the People Team. This individual will be the primary subject matter expert for all Workday reporting and analytics capabilities, partnering closely with HR, Finance, and business leadership to transform workforce data into meaningful insights that drive informed decision-making across the organization.

• Own and evolve the enterprise Workday reporting strategy Establish governance standards, naming conventions, and best practices to ensure data consistency, accuracy

• Serve as a trusted advisor to HR Business Partners, Centers of Excellence leads, and senior business leaders Translate reporting requirements into scalable
