Associate - Executive Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and strategic support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner to leadership by managing executive priorities, facilitating seamless communication, coordinating business operations, and driving operational efficiency across teams.

What you'll do

• Provide comprehensive executive and administrative support to senior leadership by managing complex calendars, meetings, priorities
• Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodation, transportation, and business visa processing, ensuring seamless travel experiences
• Act as a key liaison between leadership and internal/external stakeholders, managing business communications, presentations, correspondence
• Plan and coordinate training programs, onboarding initiatives, leadership visits, meetings, employee engagement activities, and business events
• Prepare reports, analyze dashboards, and generate business insights using advanced Excel
