Associate Executive - Fund Accounting

About the role

Provides fund accounting support for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs), Private Equity, and Venture Capital funds, ensuring accurate NAV reporting, financial statement preparation, investor reporting, and fund operations while maintaining regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and strong client relationships.

What you'll do

• Maintain fund books and records for Category I, II, and III AIFs, prepare NAV calculations, investor capital account statements, journal entries, accruals
• Manage fund accounting activities including capital calls, investor subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, distributions, management fee calculations, carried interest
• Monitor and record investment transactions across various instruments, including equity, CCPS, CCDs, debentures, and structured products
• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients and investors, preparing investor reports, responding to queries and due diligence requests
• Ensure high-quality service delivery by meeting reporting deadlines, resolving reconciliation and valuation exceptions
