Associate Finance Manager - SEAI FP&A

About the role

The Associate Finance Manager (FP&A) plays a key role within the South East Asia India (SEAI) Innovative Medicine Finance team, supporting financial planning and forecasting, performance management, and business decision support across the SEAI cluster, while providing compliance and selected India FP&A support.

What you'll do

• Partner with SEAI HQ, Regional Finance and local BUF teams to support cluster financial planning, updates and performance reviews
• Consolidate and analyze market submissions, including NTS, Opex, headcount/resource allocation, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow, and key business assumptions
• Identify risks and opportunities, develop financial insights, and prepare management review materials and executive reporting
• Deliver forward-looking analyses to support brand performance, portfolio prioritization, target setting, and resource allocation decisions
