Associate – Finance Operations (Collections)

About the role

You will work closely with Finance, Sales, Sales Operations, Product, and Engineering to ensure invoices are collected on time and billing is accurate. The role needs strong attention to detail, comfort with large datasets, and the tact to follow up with customers while keeping relationships intact. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role for someone who enjoys working with numbers, systems, and cross-functional stakeholders.

What you'll do

• Reporting & MIS: Publish collections MIS covering AR ageing, DSO, collection efficiency, and overdue trends; prepare monthly C4S, data-usage, and self-serve reports

• Strong numerical accuracy and process discipline in deadline-driven work
