Associate General Manager (O&M)

About the role

Ensure reliable, safe and efficient operation of all generating units, auxiliaries, and balance of plant systems. Ensures full compliance with Statutory HSS, environmental and technical requirements from central and state governmental bodies (i.e. CEA, CERC, DSA, SCEI, AP/CPCB etc. compliances). Contribute to developing safe systems of work (SSOW) procedures, including HIRA, PTW, LOTO, JSA etc. for your area.

What you'll do

• Ensure reliable, safe and efficient operation of all generating units, auxiliaries, and balance of plant systems
• Contribute to developing safe systems of work (SSOW) procedures, including HIRA, PTW, LOTO, JSA etc. for your area
• Provide oversight of all electrical maintenance activities, management of the maintenance teams, financial control, contract management, environmental compliance
• Prepare maintenance strategy to achieve higher reliability (maximized MTTF) and greater efficiency (minimized MTTR) and implement the maintenance plans at plant level…
• Lead equipment failure investigations and analysis, establish RCA framework and implement performance monitoring
