Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management. Manage relationships with recruitment agencies, job portals, and other sourcing partners.

What you'll do

• Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce needs and develop proactive hiring strategies
• Lead full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles, ensuring quality and timely hiring
• Analyze talent market trends and provide insights to improve sourcing strategies
• Drive employer branding initiatives to enhance the company’s visibility and attractiveness in the talent market
• Oversee job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management
