Associate - GMP Training

About the role

You will play a crucial role in improving patients' lives by ensuring that our team is well-trained and compliant with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). Your efforts ensure that patients and physicians have timely access to the medicines they need.

What you'll do

• Maintains and controls item/ curriculum management and training assignment in the LMS
• Executes Record Learning in the LMS. Manages the archiving of training records and the training record retention
• Initiate curriculum content review: Prepares curriculum review list per ownership and deliver it to the curriculum owner
• Perform assignment of Alternate/Primary Job Codes (AJC) and direct assignment of Curricula upon request
• Ensures adherence to good documentation/data integrity (DI) for hand-written training records before the entry into PLA-MEL

What you need

• 1–3 years in pharma & medical sales
• GMP
• Documentation
• Any graduate
