Associate - HCM Functional consultant (Successfactors)

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate IT to join our team. In this role, Assist in the administration, configuration, and day-to-day support of our SAP SuccessFactors suite .

What you'll do

• System Administration & Configuration (Tactical)
• Support & Troubleshooting (Tier 2/3 Help Desk)
• Serve as an escalation point for internal HR and employee support tickets related to SuccessFactors
• Investigate and resolve issues concerning failed scheduled jobs, integration errors, workflow bottlenecks, and user log-ins
• Partner with third-party vendors or SAP support to log and track software defects or enhancement requests

What you need

• 2–4 yrs of experience
