Associate-HR Services

About the role

Provide Level 2 operational and technical support for SuccessFactors-related HR services, ensuring accurate and timely resolution of cases, effective stakeholder communication, and adherence to defined service-level and quality standards.

What you'll do

• Handle SuccessFactors Level 2 queries and service requests, including standard and moderately complex cases, within agreed timelines
• Investigate issues, validate data, identify root causes, and provide clear resolution updates or escalate complex matters to the appropriate SME or technical team
• Process and track cases through ServiceNow or the applicable case-management tool, ensuring complete, accurate, and jargon-free case notes
• Perform data validation, reconciliation, analysis, and reporting using MS Excel
• Collaborate with team members, SMEs, HR stakeholders, and customers to drive cases to closure and minimize repeat issues
