Associate - HRMS (Darwinbox)

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven HR professional with hands-on Darwinbox experience to join our Talent Management team. As part of the Talent Management – Governance function, you will primarily own the day-to-day administration, maintenance, and optimization of Darwinbox, ensuring HR processes run seamlessly across the employee lifecycle.

What you'll do

• Manage day-to-day HRIS activities on the Darwinbox platform
• Maintain employee master data and ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Support onboarding, employee lifecycle changes, and offboarding processes within the DarwinBox system
• Configure and maintain workflows, approvals, and user access as required in DarwiBox
• Generate HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for various stakeholders from the DarwinBox System
