Associate II - Reconciliation

About the role

The Reconciliation Analyst acts as a subject matter expert responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of custody, cash, and trade data across internal systems. The role requires strong ownership of portfolios, independent handling of complex issues, close collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, and strict adherence to SLAs and control standards.

What you'll do

• Take full ownership of assigned portfolios and manage end-to-end reconciliation activities
• Maintain, validate, and reconcile internal transaction records including income, fees, and other activities
• Monitor outstanding items, aged breaks, and high-value discrepancies; proactively escalate risk items
• Handle escalations efficiently and immediately escalate high-risk issues to Team Leads/Managers
• Ensure adherence to SLAs, operational controls, and risk management standards
