• Assist in the execution of IPOs and capital markets transactions
• Including drafting prospectuses, preparing financial models, and conducting due
• Support the coordination of various aspects of the transaction
• Process, liaising with internal teams, external advisors, and regulatory
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and stock exchange
