About the role

Principal – ERP Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Client Corporation is seeking an experienced Principal – ERP R2R - Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to join the Global Capability Center (GCC) and provide functional leadership for enterprise planning, budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting solutions supporting global Finance operations, ERP transformation, and mergers & acquisitions.

What you'll do

• Serve as the Global Capability Center functional lead for ERP R2R - Financial Planning & Analysis solutions
• Partner with Global FP&A, Finance leadership, and Business Process Owners to define and implement future-state planning and performance management processes
• Drive global standardization of budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, management reporting, and financial performance analysis
• Support ERP transformation initiatives and finance process improvements aligned with SAP best practices
• Recommend scalable planning and reporting solutions that improve forecasting accuracy, reporting efficiency, and decision support
