What you'll do

• Production Support & Troubleshooting: Aalyze, and resolve day-to-day technical incidents within defined SLAs
• Testing & Deployment: Execute Unit Testing, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and prepare cutover documentation for system migration and go-live
