About the role

We are seeking a Senior Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant, The role focuses on delivering high-quality Oracle HCM Cloud solutions by leading client workshops, designing system architectures, and managing full project lifecycles—from requirement gathering to post-go-live support. Senior consultants are expected to have 5+ years of experience and deep expertise in multiple modules of Oracle Fusion HCM

What you'll do

• Requirement Gathering & Analysis
• Engage with HR stakeholders to document business processes and functional requirements
• Perform Gap Analysis to identify where standard Oracle functionality needs custom extensions or workarounds
• Translate complex business needs into detailed functional specifications (e.g., BRD, MD50)
• System Configuration & Implementation
