What you'll do

• Create dashboards and analytical reports for all modules in SuccessFactors
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across SuccessFactors modules
• Support report scheduling, distribution, and role-based access controls
• Perform troubleshooting and optimization of reporting access and performance
• Assist business users with report creation, interpretation, and self-service reporting capabilities
