Associate – Learning & Development

About the role

This role owns the complete onboarding and induction experience for new joiners, drives internal policy communication, and supports employee engagement and development initiatives. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English, highly organized, and comfortable working UK-shift hours from the office.

What you'll do

• Plan, coordinate, and conduct end-to-end onboarding for new hires, ensuring a smooth and welcoming joining experience
• Design and deliver induction programs covering company culture, policies, tools, and role expectations
• Coordinate with department heads/managers to align onboarding and induction content with teamspecific requirements
• Act as the point of contact for new employees during their initial weeks — addressing queries and ensuring a smooth settling-in
• Policy & Internal Communications
