About the role
Coordinate daily inbound and outbound shipments, and track delivery statuses. Monitor stock levels, verify packing slips against actual deliveries, and update inventory databases. Work directly with transport providers and suppliers to schedule deliveries,and resolve delays. Troubleshoot delivery discrepancies, track lost cargo, and handle customer queries regarding shipment issues.
