Associate Manager

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Associate Manager under the IT Asset Disposition (ITAD) vertical and is responsible for driving growth and expanding the customer base for IT asset disposition services. This role focuses on identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key clients, and providing strategic direction for the growth of ITAD services.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute business development strategies to increase revenue, market share, and customer base
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor offerings, and new opportunities for service differentiation
• Client Relationship Management : Build, nurture, and manage long-term relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business
• Provide consultative support to clients, offering tailored ITAD solutions that meet their unique business, security, and environmental needs
• Act as the primary point of contact for all client communications, including negotiating contracts, pricing, and service agreements
