Associate Manager, Category Management - Health Insurance

About the role

In this role, you will act as the strategic bridge between our organization and partner insurers. You will be responsible for line-of-business (LOB) growth, product/plan integrations, Annual Operating Plan (AOP) delivery, day-to-day operations, and partner account profitability.

What you'll do

• Account & Relationship Management
• Build and nurture strong relationships with insurer teams across underwriting, product, operations, technology, and claims
• Conduct regular performance reviews (Weekly/Monthly/Quarterly Business Reviews) with insurer leadership to track targets and resolve operational bottlenecks
• AOP Strategy & Business Growth
• Work with cross-functional teams (Growth, Marketing, Operations) to run targeted campaigns and drive premium volumes

What you need
