Associate Manager - Data Quality & Governance

About the role

We are seeking an Associate Manager Data Quality & Governance Operations to join our Data Governance team, supporting our Data Analytics and Data Science organization in a hybrid work model. In this role, you will drive the delivery of data quality controls, data cataloguing, lineage management, and access governance capabilities on the Snowflake platform while collaborating with Data Governance, IT, Analytics, Data Science, and business partners.

What you'll do

• Drive the delivery of data quality controls, data cataloguing, lineage management
• Lead data quality workstreams within Snowflake, designing, implementing
• Design and maintain auditable, version-controlled data quality rules using Snowflake Data Metric Functions, Dynamic Data Masking
• Monitor rule execution results, triage failures, and deliver exception reports and stakeholder dashboards that provide actionable insights to business teams
• Maintain Data Quality Rule Registers and governance documentation that is current, audit-ready, and aligned to enterprise data governance standards
