About the role

Associate Manager- Direct Tax at Lubrizol. Handle the activities relating to filing of Income tax Returns, Tax audits, transfer pricing returns and tax/transfer pricing assessments of the Company.

What you'll do

• Handle the activities relating to filing of Income tax Returns, Tax audits, transfer pricing returns and tax/transfer pricing assessments of the Company
• Prepare and timely submit information for submitting to the direct tax authority against assessment/re-assessment notices
• Review inter -company transfer price and to escalate and co-ordinate to resolve any issues with the global Transfer Pricing manager
• Be able to advice on all the regulatory changes in the Direct tax and international taxation to avoid any tax exposure to the Company
