About the role

The Team Member – RB & EI is responsible for handling statutory compliances for SSC Hyderabad and Bangalore locations, including the administration of employee statutory benefits such as Gratuity, Superannuation, and Professional Tax (PT).

What you'll do

• Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Employee Insurance (GPA, GTI & GMI)
• Oversee the settlement of Group Insurance policies including Group Medical Insurance (GMI), Group Term Insurance (GTI)
• Facilitate timely renewal of all Group Insurance and Gratuity policies with LIC, aligned with policy due dates
• Execute monthly statutory remittances related to Professional Tax (PT) in accordance with applicable legal provisions
