What you'll do

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective incentive compensation (IC) plans for the sales field, forecasting, and goal setting
• Lead operational teams to achieve customer satisfaction on deliverable (quality, timeliness, methodology, project management, resource planning
• Lead the IC plan design and simulation model creation, IC process buildup (including goal rollout, payout calculation, and regular scorecard tracking)
• Willingness to work hands-on
• Mentor members of team, knowledge sharing across team and company. Actively identify NexGen of manager and provide management best practice

What you need

• 5–9 yrs of experience
• SQL
• Excel
• Python
• B.Tech or B.E. or BBA

• Tableau
