Associate Manager - Legal

About the role

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced startup environments, enjoys solving complex legal and business problems, and wants to build the legal function from the ground up. You will work closely with the founders and leadership team to support commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, product launches, strategic partnerships, fundraising, and day-to-day legal matters across the business.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the founders and leadership team to support commercial transactions, regulatory compliance, product launches, strategic partnerships, fundraising
• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage a wide range of commercial agreements including: Master Service Agreements (MSAs)
• Develop and maintain standard contract templates and approval processes
• Advise business teams on applicable laws and regulations impacting fintech products
• Ensure compliance with RBI guidelines, payment ecosystem regulations, data privacy requirements, and other applicable regulatory frameworks
