  • Capability Development Planning and Implementation
  • Define the annual capability plan for the managerial cohort of GT channel based on the role KPIs and developmental agendas
  • Design training and capability modules, create annual calendars, and drive their customized implementation as per channel requirements with the target audience
  • Implement capability development programs with respect to coverage, adherence, timelines, completion, feedback, and maximize impact
  • Capability Assessment and Gap Analysis
