Associate Manager - Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a performance-oriented and analytically strong Associate Manager – Marketing to drive and scale our digital acquisition and retention initiatives across Selsmart and MetalMandi. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring deep expertise in performance marketing, lifecycle management, and data-led decision-making.

What you'll do

• Performance & Digital Marketing
• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns (Web & App campaigns) across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), and other paid channels
• Manage and scale Retention Marketing initiatives including CRM, email, SMS, WhatsApp, App push and re-engagement campaigns
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using data-driven insights to improve ROI, CAC, and LTV
• Work closely with agencies and internal teams to ensure campaign effectiveness and alignment with business goals
