What you'll do

• Build and lead a high-performing team of analysts by providing clear direction, setting goals, and optimizing resource allocation
• Coach and develop Team Leads/Senior Analysts to enhance their managerial capability, leadership behaviors, technical competence, and content expertise
• Motivate, engage, and recognize team members and Team Leads to maintain high morale and performance
• Lead effective research planning, evaluate team performance, and prepare monthly performance and insights reports for senior management
• Ensure timely and accurate delivery of research outputs across multiple research requirements and priorities
