Associate Manager Omnichannel Retail Marketing

About the role

The E-commerce/Quick commerce marketing lead owns end-to-end ownership of performance in terms of sales and ROI/ROAS for each brand across platforms and takes direct accountability for POS. With a deep knowledge of the of the platforms and the nature of the marketplace, this role leans towards analytical mindset with the acumen to take tactical decisions under an over-arching revenue growth strategy.

What you'll do

• Define and own the eCommerce and quick commerce marketing roadmap aligned with global and regional business goals
• Drive topline (GMV/revenue) and bottom-line (profitability, ROI efficiency) growth
• Identify new growth levers across channels, geographies, and customer segments
• Lead annual and quarterly planning, budgeting in alignment with the sales targets and the brand campaigns
• Oversee media planning, agency management, and marketing budgets to maximize efficiency and impact
