Associate Manager - PPA Management

About the role

The role is responsible for support in contract administration, billing and revenue assurance, regulatory compliance, stakeholder coordination, dispute management, and monitoring policy developments impacting the business.

What you'll do

• POWER PURCHASE AGREEMENT (PPA) MANAGEMENT
• Monitor compliance with obligations under long-term, medium-term, and short-term PPAs
• Administer contractual provisions relating to tariff, availability, scheduling, dispatch, energy accounting, and payment security mechanisms
• Interpret contract clauses and provide commercial guidance to internal stakeholders
• Review PPAs, supplements, amendments, and commercial agreements

What you need

• 5–8 yrs of experience

• B.Tech or B.E. or MBA
